what menu/ settings do i need to go thrugh on sky plus to have the sky remote to control the tv basic functions? I remember doing this with my old sky system but have lost the instuctions.

norton 360 - do I need Ad-Aware protection as well?
I don't want to spend money if I don't have to so do I need to pay for Ad-Aware as well? I don't do anything risky with the PC and wouldn't dream of clicking anything that I don't recognise as being safe.
