problem with this sight

i went the to OS board -as I thought - but the general appearance of the page had changed..........images at the top of the page are now blank and marked with a red cross, the sections of the Board aren't lined out as they normally are and when I tried to post on the Techie Board for help my post wasn't accepted, nor were any other posts or private message. I've e mailed the webmaster but not sure how long it will take for a reply. posted for Mary 43 can any one tell me what has happened
