Sony TV's

Am about to buy a new tv and think these look good. Apart from the obvious difference being the price, they both look pretty much the same to me, but them I am not very good with modern technology. Does anyone know what other differences there would be and also what the P and U in the model number signify.

Would be grateful for any feedback.

We bought the black one for £389.00 the other day and are really pleased with it, it's a great tv for the price, very simple to set up and the picture is very good.

I don't think there is much difference between the two tv's to be honest.
