Printer does not print everything
I bought a national express ticket online and my printer did not print everything and missed parts of th e-ticket. However when I copied and pasted it in word, it printed fine. I wonder why, I also seem to have problem when I print online accounts. No problem if I print in word. Thanks

iTunes keeps freezing!!!
I've not long updated my iTunes and now every time I load it with I iPods pluged in it freezes up. If I start it with my iPods disconnected its fine but as soon as I connect them it stops responding. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be??
