Printer does not print everything

I bought a national express ticket online and my printer did not print everything and missed parts of th e-ticket. However when I copied and pasted it in word, it printed fine. I wonder why, I also seem to have problem when I print online accounts. No problem if I print in word. Thanks

Depends what browser you are using but try File, Page Setup and check the options e.g. Print Background (colours & images):doh: Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
