HELP! How do I back up system before installing Widows XP Service Pack 3?
Hi all I am in the middle of installing Windows Xp Service Pack 3 and have got to the installation wizard which is advising me to back up my system and close all programs before I install it. I'm not sure what or how I should back up my system? :o Can anyone help? - Thanks!

USB to RS232
I'm just wondering how a USB to RS232 (serial port) cable works? USB has four "pins" 5 if you count the external bit which might act as a ground. And serial port has 9 pins & an external bit too. So how does the cable manage to adapt the signal?

Forward e mail as attachment in Outlook
With Windows mail, I can forward e mails as attachments but can't see how I do that in Outlook. Is it possible? The reason I ask is I want to send several to the same recipient.
