hi there none of the usb ports are working, i have done a complete reinstall of xp and a new usb card in , installs the drivers for the card but when plug i usb device in to one of the ports nothing happens how do i get in bios i have tried del f11 f8 no luck, could this be that the usb power has been turned off many thanks
