Its 7.6 MB but Very Slow Broadband?
have just had a BT engineer out to test the line due to poor broadband speed - he claims I have 7.6mb coming from the router (I live near the exchange), but yet when I download files the transfer rate is 20kbps?? any ideas? Windows Task Manager/Networking shows Network Utilisation at less than 1%??
