Can anyone tell me how to download music onto this device? When I plug it into the computer it shows a screen saying USB Link and I can't move it on.

Not enough information. What operating system? Have you installed any USB drivers?

I have windows XP and according to the manual it doesn't require any downloading from the disc with XP.

Does the device show in My Computer when plugged in?

Yes. Both an I drive in hard disk and a G drive in removeable.

Have you tried copying an MP3 track across to the removable drive G: ?

I will try doing that. I have to go out now so it will be tomorrow or Wednesday before I can try this.
