Can anyone tell me how to download music onto this device? When I plug it into the computer it shows a screen saying USB Link and I can't move it on.

I have windows XP and according to the manual it doesn't require any downloading from the disc with XP.

Yes. Both an I drive in hard disk and a G drive in removeable.
