hi, i have installed a new printer today, and since i have done this my computer is really slow, its also making a ringing sound and every time it does that the timer comes up. i think something nasty is installing itself but i dont know how to find out or how to stop it....i have scanned using AVG and it showed a previous problem i have had which is quarantined, i am at a loss what to do now, any help is appreciated.
