Evening all,
just had the sparky connect socket extentions in new house and immediately moved the wireless router to one of the other sockets to get a better signal. all is well and good til someone uses the phone and the broadband drops out?
So do I have to have the router in the main socket or is it that both the phone and the router have to be in the same socket? or have I not had all the wires connected?
apologies if this question has been asked a hundred times before!!

Do you have an ADSL filter on all of your sockets ?0

A filter is only required on the sockets that are in use. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
