Best way to transfer VHS to DVD discussion
Transferring analoge VHS to digital DVD, seems not so straight forward. I would have thought that getting say 3 or 4 tapes on to one DVD would not affect the quality, but it does, depending on the internal conversion in the dvd recorder. Installing extra memory - laptop
Hi, Going to upgrade an Acer 4062 LMI from 256 to 512 of ram from crucial. Do I take out the 256 and replace with 512, or, ' pop in ' another 256 running side by side with the original thus making it 512 of ram ? Cheers.........

Help with compressing WMA files
Hi people I've attempted to reduce the size of a file containing music (WMA files). Presently it's 40mb which is way too big to email and after using Winzip it wasn't able to reduce it in size. Is it possible with WMA files or I'm I missing a trick? Cheers

What will play ".ram" files BESIDES Real Player

sygate free firewall
dont know if this has already been posted, but now symantec have taken over sygate they have discontinued the free sygate firewall. I know a lot of us use sygate, but should we now start to use one of the alternatives as sygate will not be updated. I suppose they think everyone will rush out to buy norton!
