Has anyone got Dell Inspiron 6000?. I am little confused whether to go for 6000 or 510m. While looking at the product views for 6000, it doesn't seem to have all the port as in 510m, such as Fast IR (Infrared): sensor compatible with IrDA Standard 1.1 (Fast IR) and IrDA Standard 1.0 (Slow IR) Parallel port: 25-hole…

Setting up family/childrens own website - HOW??
Although I am an internet addict (& obviously MSE!!) I have never set up a site. My older children (9 & 11) keep asking if we can set up a family site or really they would like their own sites. We have family living abroad so I think it would be nice to have somewhere to put our news and photos rather than keep emailing…

I've just started getting the pop up to renew my NAV/IS product, so I had a look and it costs £21 for a years renewal :( . Firstly is it worth renewing the subscription ?. Configure PS2 settings over LAN?
I have managed to eventually get my PS2 online using an NIC card, and a crossover patch cable. The only game that works so far is Tony Hawks 4, which has the capability to manage it's own network settings. I have just sent off to Sony for my Network Access Disc (s'pose I should have read the docs when I bought it), but I'm…

Is a 19 inch TFT ok for a small room with short viewing distance or 17 inch better??
Hi all, I've narrowed down my TFT hunt to a couple of 19inch screens and a couple of 17inch screens. I'd really like to go for a 19inch screen but my worry is that because I have a small room and very short distance between me and the CRT screen at the moment, it may be too big for the separation distance. What I mean by…

Epson C44 Printer
I have had this Epson Printer for over a year now. It is not a brilliant printer but it has proved adequate.
