Moving Folders

Could anyone please tell me if you can move the default my music and my pictures etc to another hard drive.
I have a 40g hard drive for everyday stuff and was told that my second hard drive 80g could hold all my music/digital/video etc
This is all very well, but everything I download is going direct into the default C: folders and although I have tried to set up
ones (80g hardrive) it keeps on reverting to the default C: location.
Any help would be great - thanks !

I think Tweakui will do it for you too.
