Configure PS2 settings over LAN?

I have managed to eventually get my PS2 online using an NIC card, and a crossover patch cable. The only game that works so far is Tony Hawks 4, which has the capability to manage it's own network settings. I have just sent off to Sony for my Network Access Disc (s'pose I should have read the docs when I bought it), but I'm wondering is there any way I can configure the PS2 Network Accesssettings from my PC?
I would imagine that someone has come up with software to allow this, but I'm hitting my head against a wall trying to find any. Anyone got any ideas?

I haven't been asked to tell you that I'm the [highlight]Board Drunk[/highlight] for this board. Cheers MS, but I've been round all the official PS sites, and they ALL state that you need the Network Access Disc. I just find it strange that no-one has come up with a simple way to configure this file for online gaming, considering the PS2 is linked to the PC.I haven't been asked to tell you that I'm the [highlight]Board Drunk[/highlight] for this board.
