Have proof of PPI but no statements. Advice please
I have a letter with my credit card account number and confirmation of PPI, The bank has the letter but says it has no records of transactions - it is more than 6 years old. I don’t have statements, which the bank are requesting. Is this a dead end, or can I still claim, and if so, how? Thanks.
