Question on LloydsTSB internet Loans and Credit Cards

Hi,

I recently enquired with Lloyds in relation to if I had any PPI on any of the loans and credit cards I took out with them.

They sent me a list of account numbers and 2 questionnaires, one for loans, another for credit cards.

I don't have any documentation for any of the loans or credit cards I took out but think most if not all were taken out online.

Firstly, how can get the information as to what date they were taken out? I can't fill out the questionnaires without knowing the dates

Secondly, was PPI ever missold online? I don't want to go through the motions and find I have no basis for claim because I agreed online.

If you don't know an answer, you just put that you don't know.

Unless the box was pre ticked, you would have chosen to buy PPI yourself.
