Does anyone have a Barclaycard application form from 1990 please?
I know it's a long shot, but sadly the copy they have sent me is unhelpfully more or less illegible for the relevant section, and I need the exact wording. What I can discern from it reads like you have to indicate in the box to opt out, rather than the usual indicate to opt in. The final sentence appears to say

Opt-Out will most likely win at the FOS, you don't need the original application
Just complain to them and bump it to the Ombudsman if they bounce itSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
