If you have PPI on a loan and the loan is sold to a debt collection agency is the PPI still vail or does the selling on void it? Lloyds are still ignoring my requests to cancel out PPI even though they are threatening to seel the debt on, including the PPI amount.

i recieved final response from clydesdale saying no to my claim.They say they have spoken to the person who sold the loan and they stated no way would they say i couldnt get the loan without ppi.So its my word against theirs.What should i do about it?Do i have any chance myself or go to a claims company?
