My bank took 2lots of charges off me this month since they lost the test case.... I was wondering if i could phone the bankand ask them nicely to return them.

i have been looking at credit card charges for our 3 cards. they all charge £12 for late payment fees, overlimit fees and returned dd/cheque payment. a couple of times my husbands pay was late going into the bak so the dds bounced and the charge put us over the limit so we got charge 3 x£12 cn i claim back this or just 2…

I started to reclaim my bank charges over a year ago, i got as far as them telling me they didnt owe me this money and i sent back another letter stateing they did owe me it. I havn't had any reply since. I was wondering what i should do next, has anyone got any ideas? :confused:
