My bank took 2lots of charges off me this month
since they lost the test case....
I was wondering if i could phone the bankand ask them nicely to return them.

yes you could ring them, there maybe a chance you might get them back
On the other hand now it looks like we are going to have to wait many more years for a decision on this, i would look to starting a full claim for charges over the past 6 years usuing the templetes on this site !
