i have recently recieved a letter from a company saying they have my debt with abbey .i stopped using the account when they cut my overdraft off and i could not get my wages .i was thinking i could claim charges back from abbey ,is this possible even though they have sold the debt ?also is it possible to claim unfair charges from finance companies e.g. black horse . i have seen CAB and entered an agreement with them ,i am currently unemployed due to personal circumstances .any advice would gratefully accepted thank you .
