Dear all reclaim board
I use to have two credit cards one was from MBNA and the other was from Diamond Credit Card from Associates which is now called Citicards
I use the Diamond card to spend £500 and got late fees with interest added.
I was told by MBNA employee working at a stand at my shopping center it would be easlier for me to tranfer some of the balance to another card because it had 0% for the next six months.
Which I stupidly agreed But as I still had trouble making payment.
Intead of one debt now I had two.
I ended up with two cards late fees and two lots of interest.
I ended up paying back about £2000 all together in late fees and interest on both cards.
Now I have got my act together and sorted it out.
It has been a while now and I have paid all the debt off both cards about three or four years ago.
I don't know if Citibank would have any of my details as I didn't have a credit card from them.
I had the first card from Associates.
And I paid it off before it changed over.
I know what to do with MBNA as they haven't change so this one is straight forward for me.
Can some one help me sort this out please?
I got the Diamond credit card from a internet sites.
And the MBNA from a MBNA sale person from a small stall in a shopping center.
I hope I have given you as much detail you can work from,
and you can help me?
Any ideas folks
PLEASE!
Thanks
Heather

I had the same problem with my credit card, they company i originally had the card with was bought out by a high street bank. Hopefully you will the statements for all. If not write to Citicards are they should still have your history. The high street bank sent me all my statements, as well as statements from the original cc supplier.
Hope that helpsI all have learnt is from others on many sites.
Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.

Hello King100
Can I still get my details from Citi bank because I thought I finished with them so I threw all the records from the CC in the bin.
And I don't know the CC numbers for either?
Can I just give them my old address and name?
I got the CC from my old address not here?0
