I started to reclaim my bank charges over a year ago, i got as far as them telling me they didnt owe me this money and i sent back another letter stateing they did owe me it. I havn't had any reply since. I was wondering what i should do next, has anyone got any ideas?

A year is a long time. If you give a time scale it is best to stick with that scale.
To get your statements 6 weeks.
As soon as you get them total it off and add interest.With note saying respond to within 14 days.
No response within 14 days. Send another letter stating will go to court or FO.Again with 14 days to respond.
No response with 14 days. File claim in mcol or write to the FO.
Process should take no more than 10 weeks to get from statements to court.I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.
