Response to claim letter
I sent off my claim letter stating the bank had 14 days to respond. They have responded but only to say they are looking into it. Do I now push for a decision reponse within the 14 days? Help much appreciated.

this is probably just a ploy but i got a letter from Investor Compensation saying that 'the legal position could change in the next months preventing your from reclaiming your charges' anyone know anything about this? what the new ruling could mean? or is it just a ploy to get you to sign up with them now? cheers

My bank, halifax, finally repaid all my bank charges yesterday 2 days short of the 14 day period:j plus £120 court fee today, judgement was due tuesday, how do i go about cancelling the mcol??? can it be done by email or does it have to be done by letter or phone call? thanks all :p
