Daily interest rates.

Hi everyone,

After starting my bank charge reclaim on this site and then reading the threads on the Consumer Action Group I have spotted a difference in the rate of daily interest shown in the template letter in the 'Going to court section'. The MSE template shows the daily 8% rate to be inserted in the MCOL claim charged at 0.021% - which I used. In the CAG threads I now believe this should be 0.00022% (0.08% divided by 356 days). If this a reversable error how can I amend it with the court? or will the court overide the 0.021%?

  • Hi,

    My mistake!

I' ve had a second look at this and both the multiplyer and the decimal percentage are of course the same.
Too many thread's at the end of the brain:mad:
