Bank have paid up, mcol question

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
My bank, halifax, finally repaid all my bank charges yesterday 2 days short of the 14 day period:j plus £120 court fee today, judgement was due tuesday, how do i go about cancelling the mcol??? can it be done by email or does it have to be done by letter or phone call?

    you need to send a letter to the court with the claim number stating that you are no longer continuing with the claim as it has been settled. And CONGRATULATIONS!!(that last bit is not for the court :) )
