I sent off my claim letter stating the bank had 14 days to respond. They have responded but only to say they are looking into it. Do I now push for a decision reponse within the 14 days?
Help much appreciated.

If this was your first request for payment wait until the 14 days you gave them is up and then send them the letter before action, stick to your timetable not theirs. If it goes as far as court it will look good that you have given them the correct number of days in which to respond before you carry out the next stage.0
