missing offer letters
I am currently fighting RBS. I have been told that 2 offer letters have ben sent however I have not recieved any of them. The first was sent on 19th June and second on 5th July. When I telephoned they say all they can do is send out another letter. Has anyone else had this problem.

Im waiting 4 the natwest to reply to my letters. They sent the 6yrs statements in 2 lots and i have claimed for them at seperate times but added the total together. Halifax offered me a third of my claim and gave me 7 days to respond then after four days they have paid the amount offered plus the claim cost into my account without any further contact.
