missing offer letters
I am currently fighting RBS. I have been told that 2 offer letters have ben sent however I have not recieved any of them. The first was sent on 19th June and second on 5th July. When I telephoned they say all they can do is send out another letter. Has anyone else had this problem.

Halifax offered me a third of my claim and gave me 7 days to respond then after four days they have paid the amount offered plus the claim cost into my account without any further contact. Will this now hinder my chances of receiving a positive judgement. HELP. My 28 days is up with moneyclaim tomorrow.
