Hi all
My case against the HSBC has gone to court and been defended.I phoned the court to find out what was happening and was informed that it was going in front of a judge to see if the Q+A forms were needed.
Today i phoned the court again and all they would tell me was it went infront of the judge on the 3rd JULY 2007 and that they were dealing with the cases from that week in the next few days.
Does anybody know what could or should happen next
any ideas would be appreciated
steve
