Im waiting 4 the natwest to reply to my letters. They sent the 6yrs statements in 2 lots and i have claimed for them at seperate times but added the total together. They said they might not ba able to do this as the first lot is being processed. Can they do this???

HI skeggygal,when i sent my acceptance letter i asked rbs(same group as natwest)to add some charges (which they had taken since i first claimed)into the total,but they [EMAIL="didn@t"]didn't[/EMAIL] add them in,i received another letter a few weeks later which was for the full amount of second lot of charges.You will receive all of your money, but maybe 2 seperate offers.Natwest and rbs are really good to deal with,and usually send offer letters between the 7th & 8th weeks.GOODLUCK! I recieved my statements 3 weeks apart, 3yrs and then another 3yrs 3 weeks later. I sent off 2 different claims as i wasnt expecting them both to come. The Natwest has said that they may not be able to do both claims and add them together as i have now claimed 2wice. I wrote a covering letter explaining why this has happened but have recieved no reply. They have 3 more weeks to reply. What can i expect next and what if they havnt added both claims together??:huh:

Stick to your timetable and reiterate to them, if it goes to court, you will be submitting it as one claim.

If you havent started court procedures then I would just do it again & combine the 2 lots, say they are a combination of x & y but you want a reply within 7 days, you could try ring & ask if you can fax it over..
