missing offer letters

I am currently fighting RBS. I have been told that 2 offer letters have ben sent however I have not recieved any of them. The first was sent on 19th June and second on 5th July. When I telephoned they say all they can do is send out another letter. Has anyone else had this problem.

Hi,ask them to send your letter by recorded delivery,then you can be sure to get it,(one lost letter could have happened but i doubt 2 have genuinely been lost),if they're not prepared to do this,tell them you will either continue with your claim through the fo or court,see what happens then! Goodluck0
