Defence has been entered but dated a month ago is this right?
HSBC entered a defence yesterday via MCOL (16.04.07). The date was entered as 19.03.07. That was the date I filed the claim online (they were served on the 24th), is this correct as when they acknowledged it said the actual date they did it.
