who do i make court claim to branch or head office

i have just been offered 750.00 of 4,500.00 from lloyds tsb

which i have sent letter to branch accepting as part payment only

but what i need to know as i have been sending all previous letters to the manager at my local branch should i make the court claim to my local branch or to the head office...which i think is 25 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7HN

any help would be much appreciated as i want to get this sorted as it has been going on for some time now!!

Hi ya, from what I have read on here you prob best off stickin with your local branch, Thats what I'm doing any way.
