RANT - British Gas
Just spent 5 minutes working my way through the automated system of British Gas only to be told they are taking emergency calls only and to ring back  I don't mind that they are busy so restrict to emergency only, but why can't they tell you this when you first ring to save having to go all through the system only to…

Bullying on ITV Jungle Reality show.
Last night my Partner and I decided to watch this Reality Show only to witness Martin Roberts being reduced to tears by bullying. Most of the people in the show then joined in to criticise him. We will not watch this show again!

Just a quick vent
Some low life filthy maggot bottom feeding worthless piece of scum stole the aerial off my car while I was in the shopping centre today. Ah now I feel better for that - fortunately I have a spare in the garage

Fired off an email to Tesco as why they think that wearing glasses should make someone weirdo. This is there response. "Thank you for the recent email. I'm happy to reply. I am sorry that you're unhappy with the weirdo…

WorldPay
WorldPay is a credit card processing company which accepts credit card payments from customers and gives it to the supplier. But what we have found is it is running a scam. When a card payment is made by the customer, WorldPay informs the customer that the money has been paid to the Supplier. WorldPay also informs the…

Morrisons - Fake review ratings
Don't trust those product reviews further than you can throw them. Judging by my own experience, they only publish favourable reviews. I posted an unfavourable review of Bardinet Grenadine, purchased on the strength of a single review that gave it 5*. My review (which would have been 0* if allowed) was completely ignored -…

My big mouth
I decided that I would like to replace my Medion laptop, as the letters are wearing off the keyboard. However, yesterday, I looked on the website and thought the prices for the models I was looking at seemed to have gone up,so Googled to find any alternatives and found that an i5 they asked £619 for was only £599 on their…

Dreams Mattress Fault
Hi - I wonder if someone could help me please. My elderly parents bought a mattress from Dreams and it has developed an obvious fault. The mattress has been inspected by Home Serve who noted that although there is an obvious "ridge" down the middle, there is "no defect". They completely missed the stitching that has also…

Hi Just received a phone call (landline) where an Indian sounding lady said she was calling from BT Security department. Said that they are calling BT Internet (which I'm not) customers as some viruses may have been downloaded to their computers! Sony holding my PSN account ransom because of their server error.
I was wondering if anyone had any advice or could help, I've also posted on the PS4 subreddit. So about 2 weeks ago (31st, October 2016) I purchased silver which is an add-on currency for Destiny, because I really wanted that Halloween event sparrow. I checked my Pay-Pal transactions the next day, and I had been charged 3…

Question - Can I Return My TV To Currys?
Hi Everyone, December 2014 I took out the finance option with Currys to purchase a 65" Samsung 4k ready top of the line (this is future proof) type tv which was something in the region of £3500! I finished paying it off a few months ago. I have just recently purchased a Playstation Pro to try my first 4k experience, so I…

Airmail letters
As my daughter has just moved abroad, I thought it might be a nice stocking filler for the grandchildren to get a pack of airmail letters so that they could write to her. It appears that, although you can, with difficulty, get the separate pads and envelopes, but nobody makes the letters that they used to make that were a…

Print at home fee.
Booked some tickets last night for Ross Noble tour. You can choose to pick up the tickets at the venue or print them at home. There is a £2.50 fee for for this. I understand the booking fee is there to cover costs (credit card ect). But I don't see how they can charge me for using my own ink and paper.

Praise - HP Office Jet printer
I bought a new printer because my old one (which always annoyingly had no scanner) is going to a worthy new home. I was just going to get something similar to the old one (a cheap HP), and then I spotted the cheapest HP Office Jet - a small office machine, with 3 years warranty, more economical inks (though I shall…

Short-changed at Morrisons self-service till
Have just got back from shopping, my total was £8.94, I put a tenner in and got 6p in change! Decided not to do anything about it as how could I prove I hadn't had the missing £1? And I didn't want to be stuck there for ages trying to resolve it for the sake of £1. I once had a machine chew up a £20 note and thought I was…

Amazon locking out non Prime customers
I have been buying this great hamster litter from Amazon for the past year. Now I go to buy it again and suddenly it is 'exclusively for Prime members'. Is this happening a lot? (If you are a prime member with a hamster - I'd recommend it - 30litres (this is massive) for £10.31. Back 2 Nature small animal bedding, really…
