RANT - British Gas

Just spent 5 minutes working my way through the automated system of British Gas only to be told they are taking emergency calls only and to ring back :mad:
I don't mind that they are busy so restrict to emergency only, but why can't they tell you this when you first ring to save having to go all through the system only to be told to call back another time
Its not an emergency but my payment key is broken so I need a replacement, I need to get it sorted. I don't think I have the energy to have to work my way through the system multiple times to be told to call back! If they just tell you at the beginning of the call it would be so much better, or even give a clue when to ring back would be better than nothing.
