Shop,Restaurant,Cafe' owners??
Retired and having time on our hands,my wife and I go out most days to towns and villages in our area for a walkabout, lunch or coffee and the one thing that is becoming more and more noticeable, is that the owners obviously never view the outside of their premises as a customer does.We visited a Little Chef last…

Police fraud department
Wondering what to expect. I have been fleeced by a local builder. Long story, but will keep short. We had a flyer through the door from the builders who were working on next doors guttering. Sainsburys stop and search
Last week I went to Sainsbury's to buy a couple of items. I had the items in less than 2 mins and went to self service. Cashier helped me out as I needed authorisation for one item, where she removed the tag. I paid by card and put my items in to my bag for the extra Nectar points. While leaving I called back and than told…

Feel ripped off by show!
So being billed as the motorhome AND caravan show we drove quite a way to Newark, paid our £6 to go in and could find only a few caravans amongst all the motorhomes! There were far more caravans belonging to exhibitors than were on display! When I complained I was told they had reduced the entrance price by £1 due to low…

Halifax clarity
I'm living in Phnom Pehn as a volunteer teacher and went to quite a lot of trouble to receive this card. I received it in Bangkok and it worked once and was fine (and free). Then I came home (to cambodia) and couldn't get it to work in the Canadia bank (the only fee free atm here). After a few weeks I phoned halifax and…

Co-op refused to change the fake £2 they gave me in change.
Yesterday, I bought a few reduced items and it came to £1.80. I gave the cashier a fiver and got £3.20 in change. The £2 coin was an obvious fake. The holographic bit in the middle just had four curves. Plus when spin the coin, the Queen's neck on the head and year on the tail does not align. I asked could I change the…

Interlink driver - aggressive, tailing, horn honking stain
Just sent this raging email to Interlink after their driver was aggressive yesterday. I hope they do something, I am all for having a bad day and people may be a bit snippy, but I was actually scared and I think that's when it goes a little too far. I've also provided the exact time and number plate of the van, so fingers…

Top Cashback
I have never used any cashback sites before but was tempted by the MSE offer on AA cover. 15 monthe for the price of 12 and £63 cashback on our £155 bill. Very good value. However, the transaction did not appear on my account and TCBack are currently looking into this. I made one other purchase through them (airport…

Nectar Swim Vouchers Being Rejected
I purchased several Nectar swim vouchers for Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centre, Cambridge, but today they said they will not accept them. The pool still appears on the Nectar website, so others will no doubt be purchasing these vouchers and getting embarrassingly turned away. I had used three before they changed…

So I found out where cold callers were getting our number from, http://www.britishdatacompany.co.uk/ The 0800 number to ring to stop them giving out your details tells you to ring an 0904 number which is expensive and they profit from it!
