mum bought some jewellery which on receipt was unsuitable. Supplying company ( Lily Nicole) do not reply to emails so contacted Dealmonster for help as it bought through them.
They do not have a phone number and do not reply to emails.
Best advice - at best appalling customer service so avoid both companies.:mad:
