Nectar Swim Vouchers Being Rejected

I purchased several Nectar swim vouchers for Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centre, Cambridge, but today they said they will not accept them.
The pool still appears on the Nectar website, so others will no doubt be purchasing these vouchers and getting embarrassingly turned away.
I had used three before they changed their minds, but I got about 28 as they were 4 Swims for 500 points with the Double up & More offer.
It was a really good reward as this is a private gym where day passes cost £12.00 (who knows what they charge for membership).
Nuffield Health have said 'unfortunately this was an error that has been escalated to Nectar to rectify the mistake on the site'.
Nectar asked me to email them after I tweeted them. I had already emailed them. I will post what they come back with.

Nectar support have responded; They emailed the vouchers to me, and now they want me to print the 32 vouchers (yes it was 32) and then send them by post, in order to get my points refunded.
I said no, obviously.
No mention of additional points to make up for the hassle.0 -

Hi,
I can see on my list that states 'participating clubs' that I have one choice. I called the Holiday Inn to enquire before I printed my vouchers and by the tone and attitude by the member of staff who took my call treated me as if I was asking for the moon!! But that's beside the point! Who is the contact to take up where we can use our swim nectar points? Is it nectar direct?0 -
Nectar are really poor in general. I've lost count of the times that I've had to contact them regarding missing "bonus" for offers that have been "loaded to card" on their app. So much so, that I now screenshot the app and keep the receipt for the purchased purchased product until the points credit.
A bit of effort involved, admittedly, but they throw points at you for very little spend and the double up event wine makes it worth it.0
