iPostParcels - DO NOT USE
I've been locked in a battle with iPostParcels for a while now, and after them refusing to deal with me anymore I've had to issue a Small Claim against them. I honestly don't know why companies can't just deal with claims of a small value without a massive fuss - the amount of the claim itself including costs is well under…

Virgin Media
I have been a customer of Virgin Media for several years now. I have always had a discount on previous bills. I have noticed on my bill received yesterday that the discount has now gone without them telling me. My package with the discount was always £68 per month. Now it has gone its gone up to £74!! Its not just the…

Royal Mail
Just a warning about a new policy they've introduced. Last week I had an important letter sent that needed signing for which was left next door, I don't have a problem with this as we all take parcels in for each other. I was talking to our friendly postman and he told me anything that needs a signature except a special…

EBuyer & Yodel
I would advise people not to buy from EBuyer. They use Yodel who don't care about their customers and simply fail to deliver after they make you sit in for a ridiculous waiting time of 7am -9pm. When you complain both to EBuyer and Yodel they simply don't give a toss. Buy from these people at your peril

New spate of "Windows Technical Team" phone calls
I've had a couple of these calls in this past week, where someone from the "Windows Technical Team" claims that your computer is sending messages over the internet and that all sorts of horrible things are going to happen to it if you don't let them fix it for you. These calls are a scam; they want you to allow them to…

how do I make a serious complaint to Tesco?
I wondered if anyone knows of an address or email to make a complaint to? this is the 2nd time this year I've been the brunt of disability ignorance from Tesco delivery men. Todays one tried to refuse to bring my shopping in and finally did, but then refused to take away the green crates unless I lifted my shopping out of…

Anyone else received the home working scam?
A home working advert keeps popping up on my screen when visiting various sites. I assume the adverts are targeted and not directly connected with the sites visited. Although I didn't see it on Facebook, I changed the password again anyway. http://phishlist.com/scam-facebook-work-from-home-program-facebook-millionaire/

Good customer service - Homebase
Top service today. Ordered sofas in the shop on Saturday, online code for 25% off appeared Sunday. Went back to the shop this morning and they gave me the discount! Yes, I could've cancelled if they hadn't but still good service.

Snapfish customer service,
I received a snapfish voucher as a retirement gift. The person purchasing the voucher had to buy it in 2 lots because the system wouldn't let her buy it as a whole. When I came to redeem the voucher I created an account and entered the code but only £10 was credited and the rest had disappeared. I have made into teens of…

Phones 4 U - nonsensical exchange policy
I just wanted to share my unsatisfactory experience with Phones 4 U. My monthly contract handset broke, so I went to Phones 4 U to get a cheap replacement. I told them my situation and asked them for the cheapest unlocked handset I could use. He sold me a £20 one. I asked if I could just stick my sim in and it would work…

Doctors Appointments
I've been feeling under the weather since the beginning of May. Had some terrible pains just to the right of my belly button. When I went to the doctors he prescribed me antibiotics for three days as he said I had a water infection. I went on holiday and the pain never subsided. I went back about 2 weeks later with the…

praise for the AA
As a person who has been known to complain, its nice to be able to say thank you and praise an organisation, in this case the AA. I was on holiday with my daughter and parents in North Wales when my father was taken into hospital, (seriously ill) as we had travelled in 2 cars, the only drivers being dad and me. We've been…

Ladbrokes shop
Not big on the complaints but the ladbrokes in Newcastle today had one o the worst customer service I've encountered. - Spent 20 minutes arguing with them about the player Borini not playing 4 Liverpool today. It was only about 3 quid in money back. Apparently though he did play because he wasn't down as a non runner. They…

Should I be happy with this (customer service)?
Myself and two friends went to one of the big chain pubs. We ordered food and were told the wait could be up to an hour. Didn't have a problem with this so we sat down and had some drinks. Two of the meals came 40 minutes later. We waited a bit for the third but there was no sign so we ate what we had. After an hour (and…

Dealtastic Spam
Who the hell are Dealtastic? I get spam emails from them every day even after I unsubscribe multiple times, they just won't go away. I can't ever remember opting in to receive their rubbish "Betterware" style deals. If they don't stop I'll make sure their name is spread all over social media for the wrong reasons.

HSBC - Don't expect to be able to get your cash
This is a warning for anyone out there which banks with HSBC. OH tried to withdraw cash using joint account debit card last night and got message 'service not available'. Tried to do the same with my card and same happened. Rang HSBC they say this cash machine does not pay out between 10pm and 7am. So this is a warning…
