I would advise people not to buy from EBuyer. They use Yodel who don't care about their customers and simply fail to deliver after they make you sit in for a ridiculous waiting time of 7am -9pm. When you complain both to EBuyer and Yodel they simply don't give a toss. Buy from these people at your peril

Not really in the correct place... However, Yodel problems are not specific to ebuyer. A look on Amazon will confirm that.
I haven't purchased from ebuyer personally, but from what I've heard, they are a respected company, with competitive prices.
Looks like you've simply been unfortunate on this occasion. Have you tried them on Twitter @ebuyerhelp ?Everybody dies, but not everyone truly lives0 -
I stopped buying from Ebuyer due to them using Yodel and the problems I've had with Yodel. E.g leaving parcel on doorstep in full view, not even knocking or leaving a card. On more than one occasion.0

I've been buying stuff from ebuyer a few times each year for about the last 8 years. No issues thus far.All your base are belong to us.0

With a Yodel delivery I've been able to go online and see the approximate delivery time. Thus far they have stuck to this pretty accurately.0

Never had a problem with ebuyer, not sure if anything was delivered by Yodel but I am sure I have bought from other websites and its been delivered by Yodel with no issues.
1 company who do use them is Virgin Media to deliver the modems, was sure what to expect but was surprised it was all ok.
My experiences are based on me being in when they have been so no need to have gone to collect it.0 -

They've been fine with me.0 -
Used them many times with high value goods, but scary when they arrive in a car worth less than them but never had a problem: )0
