iPostParcels - DO NOT USE

I've been locked in a battle with iPostParcels for a while now, and after them refusing to deal with me anymore I've had to issue a Small Claim against them.
I honestly don't know why companies can't just deal with claims of a small value without a massive fuss - the amount of the claim itself including costs is well under £100, they've admitted they're in the wrong but won't pay up or give me the item back.
Anyway, I'll update this thread as and when anything happens - claim submitted this morning.

I had to deal with a similar situation recently and I asked myself the same question. I guess it's because many people give up and forget about their money so that they don't end up being called whingers, so the company makes money by giving customers a hard time with their claims.0 -
Another whinger wanting compensation.
Another bell end making pointless posts. Haven't you got a busy motorway to play in? I can see why you have 'divi' at the end of your username.
I'm not after compensation, please tell me where I have stated I want this?
If you're not able to comprehend why I'd either want the item lost returned to me or paid out for, maybe the real world isn't a place for you.0 -
Unfortunately the OP gives so little detail it's difficult to make any comment upon it.0

Yeah but without any explanation the topic is pointless.
It's like me posting a topic saying "Tesco is rubbish. Don't shop there"
Without explaining what they have done.. there's no reason to take any notice.
Well in this scenario I will take a stab in the dark they have lost his parcel.0
