praise for the AA

Options
As a person who has been known to complain, its nice to be able to say thank you and praise an organisation, in this case the AA.

I was on holiday with my daughter and parents in North Wales when my father was taken into hospital, (seriously ill) as we had travelled in 2 cars, the only drivers being dad and me.

We've been members of the AA (dad for 30 yrs, I held my own membership for 20 yrs, now a joint member), needed to get the car home, - I was going to drive it home, then catch train back up, we were told by the hospital that the memebrship should cover these events.

we werent covered, -but under compassionate circumstances they said they would bring a car home, but would be 7 to 10 days, - yet the day after speaking to them they came and collected it the next day,

Thank you for such a good service x
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
