Talktalk provide my land line and broadband servces had a few problems with that but thats a different story, have called them twice to upgrade my mobile telephone after providing endless details was promised a call back still waiting seriously considering taking my business elsewhere (unhappy) By contrast have ongoing problem with my worcester bosch boiler phoned there service call centre answered promptly and dealt with very efficiently as a result have taken out a service contract with them (very happy)

I used to work for TalkTalk customer services (home sevices) and also tech support.
I would ring and ask to be passed to the escalations department. The agent is required to pass on all the details with your number and in every case I had to pass this on they do call back within 24 hours.
Every time also, a guy came from downstairs to speak to the agents directly to get a better understanding of the situation.
I'm not sure if this 'escalations' department still exists or if it was just exclusive to our offices (as we were and outsource company).0 -
Thanks have tried online chat now but dont have any great expectations0

Would not have Talk Talk again if it was free.
Plusnet much better.0 -
Was with TalkTalk for around 10 years, nothing but good service. Every single ISP gets complaints as can be seen on this site. It's someone else's fault.0
