The x fixta (factor)
What do you think? Well annoyed with the results on Sunday, I know its light entertainment but such obvious fixing and favouritism (?) for one person is beyond. Come to the vote, Katie and Treyc sing it out for the judges to decide. Whay they have to decide I dont know, any how both Cheryl's acts. Dermot asks Simon who to…

Play.com trader Poundmart
Can I warn everyone about the cheap tat that the Play.com trader, Poundmart provides. Take the seller's descriptions with a large pinch of salt. For example, what is listed as “Mario Kart Steering Racing Wheel For Wii” is 'not' what you would find included with the Mario Kart game. What is supplied would function with the…

Just been cut by a knife in TK Maxx - What can I do ?
I've just been to TK Maxx, picked up a knife block from a shelf at the bottom and rested it on my knee to look at it. Unknown to me, there was a knife sticking out of the bottom of the box which has ripped by jeans and broken the skin. Told the manager of the store and he offered me £30 - the jeans cost £60. I refused his…

Blockbuster online DVD rental cancellation
You now have to phone an 0845 during working hours Mon-Fri or in a Saturday time slot. I've been trying to get through to them and keep getting left on hold so long that I give up, or get cut off.
