Hi,
I brought a item from amazon (indigo) and got a vouchers saying £50 off a case however it says the cases are £79.99 and they want to charge £49.99 (read the small print)
By ordering a Wine Plan introductory case, I understand that every 2 or 3 months, as specified by myself and at Christmas, I will be notified of the next wine plan selection, which I will automatically receive unless I request otherwise. The credit or debit card I use for the initial purchase will be charged the appropriate sum for each ongoing delivery I choose to accept - 4 Seasons currently £79.99; Australia Direct £79.99; Taste of Spain £79.99 (each plus £6.99 delivery). I am under no commitment whatsoever and may cancel my wine plan membership at any time simply by letting Laithwaites customer service know on 0845 194 7845. Furthermore, if I do not like a wine for any reason, it will be collected and I will be refunded in full.

Post the link to the offer (feel free to buy) I know i dont have to buy but this is misleading to me, If i do my maths the case is £79.99 -£50.00 should be £29.99?
Was going to treat myself to a case anyone know any good deals going at the moment? Got 6 bottles of Tesco cava for xmas for £19.26 saved 25% with the 6 bottles deal.
Thanks

Hmmm - looking around their website, it doesn't look like it's even possible to buy the featured wines for £79.99 as even when you go to their homepage the cases shown on the link you posted are still £49.99, and on that page it states that there's a £30 saving http://www.laithwaites.co.uk/LW/jsp/templates/ourwines/wineplanoptions.jsp?&pageNumber=1&categoryId=cat20016&childCategoryId=cat20092
Even on that page, it says you are saving £50 at the top left, and then mentions a £30 saving further down the page.
Having said that, I think the only way to pursue this would be if you could prove that they have not advertised these wines on their website for a higher price, which presumably is going to be difficult, but it might be worth contacting them to ask for clarification on this 'saving'.0 -
Thanks, I have decided to take tescos online double up offer, I logged into my tesco account and found (i know i spent it lol) that i had £25 left over from last years xmas club. You'll recieve 15btls in this case. In a usual wine plan case you'll only get 12.
This case is actually worth over £100 by my calculations.0 -
