Will Argos refund?
My colleague bought a bed from Argos around end of July. A couple of days ago it broke. Basically the bed is poorly designed, and was unstable. It's unlikely a replacement of the same bed would be any better. It cost him £100. Do you think Argos will refund him? Also, any suggestions on what to say? Regards, BFF

Hurray for Asda
My printer has recently given up the ghost and I had to buy a new one, but I had spare ink cartridges for my old one worth nearly £30. I took them back to Asda today and even though I had no receipt, and its several weeks since I bought them, they issued me with a credit note for them. I think this is great service
