Went into their store in Chester recently. Was measured by a member of their staff and bought 2 bras that were suggested. One was really comfortable and I didn't know I was wearing it, the other one was uncomfortable. I rang the store and was asked to go back in with uncomfortable bra and they would have a look. No problems, assistant took one look at bra on me and offered either a different size in same bra or a different style of bra. Even got a refund as the one I chose was cheaper than the original one. Thanks Bravissimo.

  • If they've measured you and suggested bras to fit, one of which seemingly doesn't, is that really 5* service?!

    Also, if they've recommended the uncomfortable bra as suitable for you having measured you, you're within your statutory rights to demand a refund as the product is not fit for purpose.

    It sounds like they acted reasonably, but should really have offered the option of a refund of the full price, rather than the difference between the price paid and the price of another.
