Is it me or do British Gas expect you to take a whole day off work just so they can send an engineer out to service the boiler. Theres no one here until 4:30/5pm so we said to come after 5 when there will be someone here, "Oh we cant do that", we can come between 4 and 6 though. Its not that hard is it, you just add a note to the system saying come after 5pm but they cant for some reason

And even then they don't bother turning up - had major rows with them the other week as they failed to turn up, they have agreed to pay me £220 for the wasted day as I am self employed and lost that much - still waiting for the cheque though!!!

I also wasted a day waiting for someone to turn up, I did get some satifaction, but only after issuing court papers.

Luckilly I did, and I have their mobile number so I will start to bug them tomorrow :rotfl:
