Kitchenraft
Bought Barcraft corkscrew set for friends birthday 18 months ago. Corkscrew was used very little but the plastic fractured rendering the corkscrew useless. Kitchencraft (Thomas Plant) replaced the corkscrew without question. Good to see that some companies still provide good customer service.
